More WTF?, another Lindner Daly

This Lindner Daly BLE came in with the right side ejector not functioning.  After disassembling the forend and ejector mechanism, this is what I found.  Whoever did this and then thought "yeah, that's a good job" should doubtless reevaluate their career path. 
Behold...

    1. I'm not going to repair the cosmetic damage as it would exceed the value of the gun. I'm going to repair the ejector mechanism so that it functions properly. I post photos like this to bring attention to the sad state of the gunsmithing trade in this country and as a caution to those seeking gunsmithing work.

  2. Sad images of the vice damage. Just a few days ago I melted 3kg of lead (from old house pipe), in a mould a friend lent me, to make the classic L shape lead jaws to hold gun parts with the vice. They are big size to warp all the vice. Always wanted to have a set
