After
the fiber optic upgrade snafu that cost me a week of internet service,
as well as the phone number I've had for twenty-five years, my service
is back. I could go into great detail but, suffice it to say, Kinetic/Windstream has set a new standard for incompetence, which is why I'm no longer a customer.
